A revolutionary patented innovation in home security. Hard Core Screen Doors have the traditional look of wrought iron, but unlike steel, they won't rust or corrode as all exposed surfaces are aluminium, treated with a special chromate conversion process and then powder coated in a colour of your choice.

Each bar is tig welded to a double cavity extra heavy duty aluminium door frame that is more than twice as strong as many common security door frames. Each of the Aluminium bars which make up the grille in a Hard Core Screen has a " super hard alloy steel core" which is much harder than ordinary steel, this makes the bars extremely difficult to cut, greatly improving your home's security.

In addition, all doors are fitted with a triple point locking system (& 3 security hinges) to maximum security - correct installation is the key to good security.

Note: All doors are manufactured to comply with AS5039 and installed to comply with AS5040, shear strength testing has been carried out in accordance with the test procedure as defined in Australian / New Zealand Standard AS5041.
