At MakeSafe we manufacture, supply & install over 20 different designs & styles that will suit & complement your home - from Federation to Modern we can capture that added touch of personal style & individuality, we can also offer you a wide choice of colours in a hardy powder coated finish. Rust will not be a problem, all door inserts are gravity die cast in 100% recyclable aluminium, which is also known for its durability and strength. The frames are constructed using heavy duty extruded aluminium.

Aluminium Security Grilles

MakeSafe Security Grilles are made from specially Tempered Aluminium for greater strength & increased peace of mind. When combined with quality framing and hardware, your grilles offer maximum protection & low maintenance without comprising ventilation.

Note: All doors are manufactured to comply with AS5039 and installed to comply with AS5040, shear strength testing has been carried out in accordance with the test procedure as defined in Australian / New Zealand Standard AS5041.

Features & Specifications -

•  DualSelectT enables the selection of two security locking functions: privacy locking an deadlocking. Privacy locking provides security by locking the main bolt and handles but the internal snib is still functional allowing occupants to escape in case of an emergency. Privacy locking is selected by turning the key 90 ° , or until a click sound is heard. Deadlocking is selected by turning the key 130 ° , or until the second click sound is heard.

•  Patented anti-jemmy serrated locking bolt for extra security.
•  Contemporary styled handles available in plated & polyester powder coat finishes.
•  Optional Multi Point Kits are available for added security for both 2 & 3 point applications (Triple Locking)
•  Snib locking of all 3 points. Key overrides snib
•  Suits either left or right hand opening hinged security & screen doors
•  High performance lock conforms to the relevant requirements of current Australian Standards for durability and security
